Coaching & Reiki
Client Policies
& Procedures
Effective October 25, 2026
Your choices
You may choose coaching, Reiki, or a combined session. Individual appointments are always available without purchasing a package. Participation is voluntary. You may ask questions, decline an activity or touch, change preferences, pause, or stop. No prescribed curriculum, spiritual belief, or homework is required.
Service scope
Private coaching and Reiki are nonmedical services, not psychotherapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, or prescription services. No results are guaranteed. We do not recommend discontinuing professional care. If your needs fall outside our scope, we may suggest an appropriately qualified professional. We do not provide emergency or crisis response.
Finding Your Footing
A complimentary, no-obligation 30-minute introduction. Full intake is not required beforehand. Applicable policies, intake, and separate coaching agreement or Reiki consent are provided before paid services.
Services & prices
Coaching: 60 minutes, $115.
Reiki: 60 minutes, $100.
Combined Coaching + Reiki: 90 minutes, $150.
The Wayfinding Sessions: four separate 60-minute coaching sessions, $360.
Ground & Restore: three separate 60-minute Reiki sessions, $225.
Walking the Path: three separate 60-minute coaching sessions plus two separate 60-minute Reiki sessions, $450—not five combined appointments.
Sliding-scale accommodations may be offered privately at Moon and Stone’s discretion.
Payment
Individual-session payment is due at the appointment. Packages are paid in full when purchased; package balances are reduced as sessions are completed. Advance payment is not required to hold an individual appointment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted methods are confirmed before payment. Prices and agreed purchase terms are not changed retroactively.
Scheduling & changes
Appointments depend on mutual availability. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice whenever reasonably possible. No automatic late-cancellation fees apply during launch. Illness, emergencies, and unexpected circumstances are considered with reasonable flexibility. If Moon and Stone cancels, you may reschedule without penalty or request return of applicable prepaid value for an unprovided session.
Package scheduling
We encourage scheduling within approximately three months. This is a planning guideline, not automatic expiration. Reasonable extensions are available without a fee; unused sessions are not forfeited merely because the guideline has passed.
Unused sessions & refunds
You may discontinue a package and request a refund for unused sessions at the fixed discounted allocation: Wayfinding $90 per coaching session; Ground & Restore $75 per Reiki session; Walking the Path $96.98 per coaching session and $79.53 per Reiki session.
Completed sessions are not refundable merely because you discontinue. Eligible refunds are processed within 10 business days after a complete request and confirmation of the unused balance, subject to applicable law. Refunds ordinarily return to the original payment method where feasible; banks may take additional time. Processing fees are not deducted unless separately disclosed and legally permitted.
Communication & records
Email bevin@moonandstonehealing.com for scheduling, administrative questions, reflections, and brief support. Responses depend on availability; continuous access and crisis coverage are not provided. Do not email card details or extensive sensitive narratives. Minimal structured notes are maintained. See the separate privacy notice for information practices and disclosure limits.
Ending services
You may end services at any time. Moon and Stone may decline or discontinue for legitimate scope, safety, boundary, availability, or other reasons, communicating respectfully where possible. Unused prepaid value follows the applicable written refund terms.
Classes
Educational offerings have separate terms. Private-session package terms do not automatically apply to classes.
